The Delivery Loop

Prototype
A working build delivered in days. It runs and produces real output, not a mock-up.
Review
You review the output, ideally with the original requestor. Feedback is captured in writing.
Refine
You flag what's off. We rebuild against your feedback. Three build rounds included. Most builds are done in two.
Document
Functional and technical specs written against the finished build, verified and signed.
